The quality of our product is critical and we take it as seriously as the safety factors. We stand behind all of our products, if a defect in materials or workmanship is found in any of our products, we will repair or replace it, free of charge, for the lifetime of the product. This excludes normal wear and tear. Be aware that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. This applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.

Each Platform produced has a unique serial number that allows us to trace each product to its load test results and the batch numbers of each sub component. This gives us complete backwards traceability is the case that there is any question about quality.

We will gladly accept any returns on the condition that the item includes all of the original packaging, instructions, receipt and has not been damaged. Items must be received within 60 days from date of purchase. It must be unused and undamaged.

All returns will be carefully inspected before giving a refund, credit or exchange. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please do not send any items back unless you have contacted a sales representative first.
